GRAND provides fast replacement and calibration services for sensors. The replacement ceramic sensors are traceable to the metrological standards of NPL (National Physical Laboratory) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). The calibration data of the sensors is stored in the fixed memory of the circuit board at the factory, eliminating the need for users to reconfigure or input data. This replacement method maintains calibration with minimal downtime. Compared with the traditional method of returning sensors to the factory for calibration, it offers greater professionalism, predictability, and cost-effectiveness for users' quality assurance systems.

The Easidew PRO I.S humidity sensor is highly robust and durable. Combining chemically inert materials with physical toughness, it enables process measurement with a maximum pressure resistance of 40MPa. Its sturdy structure protects the sensor from the impact of dense liquid flow and pressure surges that occur during startup and maintenance. Additionally, the measurement is not affected by ethylene glycol or other liquids generated during process treatment, and the sensor can resist corrosion from hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and other sulfides.
