The BDO unit in the ultrasonic project for the BDO unit of XX New Energy Enterprise involves various fluids that are corrosive, high-viscosity, or contain impurities (such as butane and alcohol mixtures). Using ultrasonic flowmeters with a non-intrusive measurement method can avoid the accuracy attenuation issue of traditional mechanical flowmeters caused by mechanical wear. They are particularly suitable for fluid environments containing particles or bubbles.
According to the on-site operating condition requirements, we selected the GF707 explosion-proof single-channel liquid ultrasonic flowmeter for the customer. As a new generation of liquid ultrasonic flowmeters, it is designed with and adopts technologies such as "sound velocity tracking", multi-pulse, DSP digital signal processing, and automatic enhancement of ultrasonic energy. These technologies ensure the stability, accuracy, and reliability of flow measurement.
The product features an explosion-proof design and has obtained CNEX certification, making it specifically suitable for flow measurement in hazardous areas. For this project, high-temperature buffer plate sensors were used based on the medium temperature.
