Ultrasonic Flowmeter Explosion - proof Infrared Thermal Imaging
For most trace hydrogen-containing measurement scenarios, the GPR-18 Oxygen Analyzer is undoubtedly the optimal choice. This oxygen analyzer has a Lower Detection Limit (LDL) of 500 ppb O₂, can be calibrated with air, and is suitable for most applications. For measurements in environments with relatively high carbon dioxide concentrations, the XLT sensor can be used. Two enclosure options are available: UL-certified or ATEX-certified.
Measurement Range:
0-10 ppm, 0-100 ppm, 0-1000 ppm & 0-1% (0-25% for calibration only)
Accuracy:
< 2% of full scale under constant conditions
Response Time:
T90 < 10 seconds
Sensitivity (LDL):
< 0.5% of full scale
Linearity:
< 1% of range
Service Life at 25ºC (77°F) and 1 atmosphere:
24 months; average O₂ < 100 ppm
Calibration Interval:
1-3 months
Inlet Pressure:
0.34-2 barg (5-30 psig), maximum 100 psig; with air vent
Flow Rate:
0.5-1.0 Nl/min (1-2 SCFH)Note: Corrected "Nl/m" to "Nl/min" (Normal liters per minute) as it is the standard unit for gas flow rate in industrial instrumentation; "m" alone may cause ambiguity.
Gas Connection:
1/8"or 1/4"compression tube fittings
Wetted Parts:
Stainless steel
Display:
3½-digit bright red LED; resolution: 0.01 ppm (GPR-18), 0.001 ppm (GPR-18MS2), 0.001% (GPR-28)
Enclosure – UL-Certified:
Aluminum, 30.4 x 29.2 x 26.7 cm (12 x 11.5 x 10.5”), wall-mounted, 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
Enclosure – ATEX-Certified:
Aluminum, 40.6 x 45.7 x 27.9 cm (16 x 18 x 11”), wall-mounted, 31.8 kg (70 lbs)
Compensation:
Temperature compensationNote: Added "compensation" to clarify that it refers to temperature compensation (a common function in analyzers to offset temperature-induced measurement errors), making the technical meaning more explicit.
Signal Output:
4-20 mA isolated, 0-1 V
Alarms:
2 adjustable Form C non-latching relays; for sensor and power faultsNote: "C 型继电器" is translated as "Form C relays" (the standard term for single-pole double-throw (SPDT) relays in industrial control systems), ensuring consistency with electrical engineering terminology.
Operating Temperature:
GPR sensor: 5°C to 45°C (41°F to 113°F)
XLT sensor: -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F)
Power Supply:
100/120 or 220/240 V AC
Certifications:
UL Compliance: Rating: Class 1, Division 1, Groups B, C, D; Hazardous Locations NEMA 4 / 7 (enclosure only)
ATEX: EExd IIB+H₂ T6
